Ready to head underground? Caving is a one-of-a-kind adventure that takes you into a hidden world most people never get to see. Scramble beside rock formations, explore winding tunnels, chambers, and underground rivers. Discover the beauty—and fragility—of an untouched ecosystem. It can be muddy, it can be wild, and it’s seriously unforgettable. If you’re up for a challenge and want to experience nature from a whole new angle, caving is calling. 

Equipment:

We provide all the specialist equipment you’ll need for the day—including helmets, head torches, caving suits and belts, knee pads and wellies. 

What to Wear:

• Lightweight synthetic clothing is best e.g. sportswear, and it may get muddy!
• Long trousers like leggings or joggers—no jeans or shorts, even in warm weather
• Three top layers—think t-shirt, sports tops and/or fleece

What to Bring:

• A packed lunch, snacks and a drink
• A towel and change of clothes
